Catching Up

It's been such a long time since I have been on here to update this blog! I've had three months in the US, bought a house outside Las Vegas, been home here for about a month and been busy! I didn't do much scrapping whilst away but have a few things to catch up on...especially CSI layouts.   The first one is for #80.

More Artsy Adventure

What's going on with me??? Three posts in one day! I'm off to the US tomorrow morning for three months and wanted to get this posted before I left. These pics are of another two classes we did with the lovely Trisha Ladoceur Scrap n Patch in Toowoomba. The first is a beautiful file folder that has flips flaps and tags all through it. As you can see I still have to add photos.  

 

 

The next one is the Tag Class we did and we have another little baggie with enough product to make three more tags. These are delightful.

 

 

We also did a manly mini book and a canvas but they're not quite finished. That'll be a job for when I get home.

 

 

 

 

CSI #74

I was really chuffed today as I got featured for the layout I did for #73!!! That's two weeks in a row!   The colours for #74 were beautiful and just right up my alley! I used a Donna Downey stencil and some texture paste and then painstakingly painted over the top.  

 

 

 

Scrap That

I have been wanting to do a challenge for this site for a while so decided to give it a go this month. We had to use a sketch and also the Prima Sunrise, Sunset papers which were designed by Finn. Really beautiful colours and lots of bits and pieces to go with them.

Arts Adventure

A couple of weekends ago a friend and I went to Toowoomba for some classes taught by the gorgeous Trisha Ladoucer from Edmonton in Canada. I did all five of the classes and was a bit wrecked by the end of the weekend. These two layouts are from one class. I have finally put the photos on. I still have the other classes to finish. What an awesome time was had by all who attended.
